The website answers enquires from prospective students and visitors and provides information about  PhD scholarships and other matters of relevance to prospective students. 

The English Server, Carnegie Mellon University: Philosophy - This relevant collection contains classics of  philosophical thought and links to scholarly philosophic  organizations. The English Server has other collections in addition, in critical theory, history, and in eighteenth century studies, which also address philosophical interests  and concerns.
